This Position Demands

Training students at Tata STRIVE Skill Development Centre Pune

Delivery and continuous improvement of training programs; - collating and sharing feedback about the training program; - develop reinforcements and evaluate outcomes

To instruct and facilitate learners (who are graduates / drop outs) in classrooms and workshops

To provide and monitor training on hands-on skills that are needed by an Cyber Security

Major Deliverables

As a facilitator

1) Deliver Employability Skills, the Tata STRIVE way

2) Adhere to the SOP and session schedule as prepared and agreed

3) Conduct personality development sessions, bridge programs as required from time to time

4) Conduct coaching sessions with learners individually or in groups as per SOP

5) Promoting Inquiry Based, Project Based and Activity Based Learning.

6) Ensures completion of group projects as assigned to learners and increases effective learner.

7) Collate and share feedback about the content used in training. As a cyber-security course content contributor

8) Keep up to date on latest industry trends in Cyber Security space and contribute to update course content

9) Build re-usable lab activities over the period of time for more scenarios to practice by students

10) Work along with Industry partners and SME s and enhance course content and outcomes.

Technical Skills

Proven hands-on experience in Cyber Security specifically network, applications, auditing areas.

Knowledge of various operating system flavours including but not limited to Windows, Linux, Unix

Understanding of programming languages like C, C++, Java, PHP, JavaScript etc.

Specified certification or excellent understanding of concepts in Cryptography, Network Security and Threats, Web and Application server security, Security auditing, Cyber forensics and related areas.

Essential Attributes Strong Communication (verbal and writing),

Adaptable and flexible including ability to manage pressure, ambiguity and change.

Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to instil trust, motivate, and work with other people

Willing to unlearn, learn and practice new tools and techniques

Qualification B. Tech / MCA MTech (prior teaching experience)
