We are looking for a Data Architect who wants to be part of Tietoevry Connect. Tietoevry Connect is a true multi-cloud platform provider with a full range of infrastructure choices at scale. We are fueling rapid software development and data innovation with strong security, scalability, speed, and savings for businesses.

In this role you will be developing and maintaining information architecture of Tietoevry Connect to elevate organizations data capabilities and align with Group CIO office to get out best of the existing data and tooling. Your responsibilities include various tasks from architectural responsibility for data governance, data modelling and data quality management in the Connect context.

The ideal candidate shall have proven track record in data architecture, data and cloud technologies and has passion to continuously learn new skills. The selected person can also share across the organization how everyone can take advantage over the data and utilize eg. selected technologies. You will become a part of Business Operations Data Excellence team and work tightly together with other similar functions such as Business Excellence, Customer Excellence, and Enterprise Architecture.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Experience in work at data/information architect position and proven track record of information architecture creation and documentation
• Data Platform design, architecting data solutions for analytical and operational use cases, working with DataOps structures
• Experience in data modeling methodologies
• Experience in working with cloud environments, preferably Azure, also Google/AWS experience is appreciated
• Hands-on experience in working with big data integration and processing tools such as Azure Data Factory
• Hands-on experience in working with Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and databases
• Understanding of Public, Private & Hybrid Cloud Strategies
• Understanding of information security and privacy issues related to data management solutions
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently with different type of stakeholders (business leaders, architects, offering management roles etc.)
