We ahve urgent requirement for Dy Manager_BPO Process for Pune Location.

 

Position: Deputy Manager

Experience : Telecom experience 5-10 years

Client : Indian MNC

Location: Pune

Process: Voice/ Non-Voice

Shift : Australia Timings - 4:30 am to 1:03 pm. 24/7 work environment might be required to work on weekends.

Qualification: Graduate

Experience Breakup : BPO Experience in Telecom Domain

The Responsibilities which will be played by the role

 

Responsible for a team of 75-100 advisors and their performance, careers & growth. Would have 4/5 team leader reporting in to the person. This is a client facing role so the candidate needs to have good verbal & written communication skills.

 

Language Proficiency Level

 

Language Proficiency Level for each of the language mentioned on Languages column example - (English SVAR / Vercent score level), A1/ A2/B1/B2 level. Local language competency level.
