Experience - Min 5yrs
This position is based out of Pune and will require working in Rotational Shifts:
Responsibilities:
- Willingness to work 24X7 (Rotational Shifts)
- Advanced knowledge and Experience with CrowdStrike and McAfee infra management
- Experience with Office 365 administration
- Experience with handling Data Center operational task.
- Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, Backup, File Server
- Experience with users mailbox management which includes mailbox creation, deletion, creation of DL, O365 groups, etc.
- Comfortable with building and managing Linux and Windows servers
Desired Candidate:
- Experience with systems, servers and networking troubleshooting to identify the root cause and fixes
- Experience working with ticket systems and follow processes
- Automation and scripting experience, such as PowerShell is desired but not required
- Knowledge of VMware virtualization will be added advantage
- Knowledge of change management, impact analysis.
- Support project team to close the vulnerabilities identified by Security team
- Good communication and writing skills
