Required Candidate profile

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows desktop O.S.
Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting skills. Microsoft Office suite, TCP/IP protocol stack, and Wi-Fi,DNS, and DHCP, Office 365 cloud application suite.
