•The Ideal candidate will be an experienced Golang developer with cloud infrastructure experience. Experience with Ruby is a plus.

Responsibilities:

•Build and maintain a resilient, secure, and efficient SaaS application platform to

meet established SLA and SLOs

•Automate deployment, monitoring, management, and incident response

•Build internal tools, dashboards, and libraries.

•Monitor and maintain site stability performance, and reliability

•Scale infrastructure to meet rapidly increasing demand

•Manage cross-functional requirements working with Engineering, Product, and

services

•Collaborate with developers to bring new features and services

•Collaborate with stakeholders, operations, technical services to deliver

automation for complex user requirements

•Develop and improve operational practices, procedures, and workflows.

•Proactively meet standards for information security and compliance, such as ISO,

SOX, SSAE 16, etc.

Background & Experience:

•2+ years Experience in 24x7 production operations, preferably supporting a

highly available environment for a SaaS or cloud service provider

•Experience with cloud infrastructure environments (preferably AWS and Azure)

•Experience with containerization technology

•Experience with building microservices and supporting microservices

•Experience with build and release automation (Jenkins, Cloudbees, Argo)

•Experience building and working with scripting languages

•Experience designing, building, releasing, supporting microservices in Golang

•Experience with configuration management tools and Terraform

•Strong understanding of system and networking concepts and troubleshooting

techniques

•Strong interpersonal and teaming skills - ability to set and enforce process and

influence engineers who are not direct reports.

•Ability to operate in an agile, entrepreneurial start-up environment.
