We are looking to employ an HR coordinator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. An HR coordinator is expected to be a conceptual thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills. You will have excellent administrative and IT skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Job Brief:
HR Coordinator is responsible for support across the HR and Talent Acquisition functions specifically relating to onboarding and offboarding of candidates employees. The HR Coordinator will be the point of contact for all requirements post-offer and prior to the employee joining Hansen.
Key duties include:
	- Ownership of onboarding post-offer stage to till the candidate onboards
- Calling candidates to keep them warm throughout their notice period or transition process
- Following up on outstanding contracts or required documents
- Coordinating with Admit team for delivery or pick up of equipment prior to onboarding off-boarding.
- Liaising with Hiring Managers and candidates to ensure the smooth transition from Talent Acquisition to start i.e facilitating end to end candidate engagement process
- Reporting including status reports and any other ad-hoc as required
- General administration duties as directed
Role Requirements:
	- 1- 2 years of experience as an HR coordinator or Administrator
- Willingness to Handle HR and Admin functions.
- Customer-focused and driven by providing exceptional service
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Good Attention to details
- Highly organized
