Taking care of end to end HR functions for a small professionally managed recruitment company. This is an individual contributor role taking care of hiring (recruiters), training, development, performance management, administration and compliance.
 

Required Candidate profile

Should have good knowledge of standard HR, administration & compliance for a small company. Should have experience to set-up the professional HR dept. from scratch scalable in to world class HR dept.
