Job Title Executive / Senior Executive

Job Role

  • Recruitment & Head Hunting
  • Handling the full life cycle of recruitment, i.e, sourcing to salary negotiation
  • Well versed with Job Portals like Naukri.com, etc.
  • Cold Calling Passive Job Seekers
  • Sourcing suitable profiles through various job portals
  • Scheduling candidates for interviews
  • Screening the sourced profiles as per requirements
  • Obtain references and carry out reference checks, escalating issues as appropriate
  • Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity
  • Posting jobs on various job sites and social networking sites
  • Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
  • Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and sharing real-time feedback
  • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates
  • Follow-up/co-ordination with potential candidates
  • Developing and implementing different candidate sourcing strategies
  • Interacting with managers and closing the requirements
  • Handling salary negotiation part
  • Policies - Implementation of HR Policies of the company and provides critical support and feedback in the process
  • Code of conduct implementation - To ensure each employee follows the code of conduct of the organization

Desired Skills

  • Minimum 1 year experience in BPO hiring/ IT hiring
