Roles and Responsibilities
Manpower planning and Recruitment
To communicate with the store team on a daily basis
Ensure availability of Manpower in stores as per the plan
Employee Retention and Attrition control
Handling employee grievances
To develop best practices
Employee engagement
To ensure proper salary management
Ensuring talent acquisition for upcoming stores
Excellent excel knowledge
Store visit compulsory & people connect ( Employee engagement, Activity, Etc...)
Desired Candidate Profile
Min 3 - 6 years experience
Thorough knowledge of HR processes
Well versed in hiring
