Role: - Sr/HR Recruiter( IT Recruitment )
Experience:- 2yr - 6yr
Good communication skills are must**
- Understand the requirements for various positions IT and ITES industry
- Recruitment experience in middle & higher level management.
- Mobilize human resources through various means such as Job Portals, Headhunting, Advertising, References.
- Sorting of data and formatting of resumes before sending to the client.
- Screening through CV's, calling up candidates, interviewing them on their interest level & fixing up a meet with the client.
- Conducting interviews for short-listed candidates.
- Offer negotiations and take feedback from the client and the candidate with regards to the interviews taken.
- Maintaining & updating the Database.
- Should be Good with Candidate Follow - Up
Client interaction, Client Anchoring, Account Management
