JOB DETAIL

[A] Responsibilities

  1. Identify potential candidates through various channels Referrals, Naukri, Social Media, Training Institutes, LinkedIn, personal network, etc.
  2. Screening of candidates, background checks, reference checks, negotiations
  3. End-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  4. Regular communication with the team for hiring requirements.
  5. Daily status report
  6. Build and promote company Brand.
  7. Excellent in MS Word and MS Excel
  8. Creating job posts.

[B] Requirements

  1. 4 to 5 years of IT Recruitment experience.
  2. A strong network of talent
  3. Strong process orientation, organization, time management, and follow-up skills
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  5. Experience with product-based IT companies will be preferable.
  6. Experience in a Startup company.
  7. Experience using LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.
