# Resolve problems of moderate scope and engage assistance from more experienced team members where appropriate.

# Participate in code reviews, collaborate on changes, and work well in a team environment.

# Build productive working relationships with other developers and peers throughout the organization.

# Ability to interact with customer point of contacts independently and drive Qualifications # BE MCA degree or equivalent practical experience.

# 6 years of experience writing software.

# Working experience in JAVA, Development.

# Working in Agile scrum and have good understanding on Agile

# A strong desire to solve problems and learn new technologies.

# Strong attention to detail.

# Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred Tech Stack

# Development - Java Spring Boot, Webflux, Reactive Programming.
