JOB DETAIL

Responsibilities

  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the ticket.
  • Analysing issues through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information.
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team.
  • Maintain the SLA at all times.

Requirements and skills

  • Proven experience in an application support role.
  • Hands on experience with LINUX.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL query (SELECT).
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic application issues.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Any Graduate with basic analysis skills.
  • Experience required 6 to 24 months,
