- Source and Screen resume for the open position of Healthcare role
- Understand job profile and schedule interview with client accordingly, need to recruit for Registered Nurse, Licensed Practitioner Nurse, Medical Assistant, Physician etc
- Making calls to the candidates and performing daily task like Screening and scheduling interviews
- Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, H1B & TN Visa Holders
- Experience working with Applicant tracking tools (ATS), Job Diva highly desired.
- Achieve a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
- Understand the client requirements and map relevant targets.
