Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate should have 8+ years of experience in ETL testing

Must have strong knowledge on ETL Testing as well as should have coding experience in Java, Selenium.

Should have exp on SQL & Basic Unix

Good to have snowflake & Python knowledge

Experience in BDD/TDD process, Very Strong Functional Testing fundamentals

Investment banking knowledge especially Settlement processing would be advantageous

Proficient in bug tracking and test management tool-sets (JIRA, SVN, GIT, Jenkins, HP-ALM)

Strong experience hands-on in Automation in Java & Selenium, Cucumber and exposure to UFT/QTP

Strong experience in database driven testing & validating millions of records (Oracle, DB2 etc.)

Strong understanding of overall architecture of systems under test

Strong experience in Test Strategy, test plan, Test design, test execution traceability matrix, test report and ensure usage of tools for optimization

Team player - highly proactive team player eager to support your colleagues when needed

You are prepared to take on responsibility for tasks and work independently

You present excellent organizational and time management skills

Knowledge or basic experience of agile development processes (SCRUM) is a great plus

Knowledge of software engineering lifecycle process is a plus

You have strong communication skill and vendor handling experience

Manage test execution of project feeding into the quarterly releases; ensuring smooth delivery and driving towards application quality (Including organizing walkthroughs with BA’s and walkthroughs with business)

Provides regular status reporting to key stakeholders including progress, risks, issues and mitigation steps
