Roles and Responsibilities

- 5+ years experience Cobol, JCL, DB2, VSAM, Assembler

skills  - Good Communication skills

should be independent to talk to clients on calls and articulate issues well in emails.  - Development of new application programs, enhancement of existing programs and production support / application maintenance in Cobol. -

Ability to create and maintain JCL. Familiarity with VSAM, GDG and flat file definitions and processing within application code and knowledge of File Manager and utilities (IEBGENER, IDCAMS). -

Exposure to JIRA and Agile Process -

Experience on US healthcare is an added advantage. -

Interact with other Application Development groups to participate in all phases of project lifecycle activities from business requirement review through implementation and production support.
