Supervisory role & responsibilities-
- Lead teams that manage and deliver digital solutions using a range of techniques responsively
- Effectively manages the team to drive engagement, performance management, teamwork, and flexibility
- Supports team members to ensure they identify risks, and contingency plans and engage with stakeholders for effective collaboration
- Acts as coach/mentor to team members and supports each individuals development as per organizational goals
- Enables respective teams to perform at their best by setting department objectives as per organizational goals
- Direct report to IT Management
Strategic role & responsibilities-
- Responsible for leading and strategizing digital transformation roadmap for the organization
- Develop, implement, manage and review the digital strategy in line with organizational values, business objectives, and priorities
- Problem-solving with the needs of the end customer in consideration at all times, ensuring solutions deliver and enhance their experience
- Assist business units and teams with their digital requirements around the organization
- The program manages the overall digital implementation plan to ensure all technology solutions are managed effectively, delivered on time, and within cost
Technical experience-
- Experience along the SDLC required
- A common understanding of dependencies between IT functions is required
- Experience with RPA, OCR, AI, ML, QA, and Service Desk is a plus
Prerequisites-
- Recognized Degree in Business IT or Computer Science related discipline. Post-Graduation in management is preferred
- 8+ years of experience in IT or digitalization area
- 5+ years of strong leadership experience
- 4+ years of Project Management and a proven track record in delivering complex projects
- Experience in having designed, implemented, and evaluated organizational transformation IT & digital solutions and has delivered large-scale change that added value to the organization
- Has strong relationships with stakeholders of IT & digital services to ensure effective delivery of IT technologies/systems
- A highly effective change agent who engages with senior stakeholders and upper management to deliver the digital program to the organization
