Roles and Responsibilities
	- Collect and map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy business needs.
- Identify gaps, issues and give work around solutions.
- Customize and testing of PP module.
- Help business team member for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve module problems.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Ability to trouble shoot problems in existing implementations, recommending and implementing solutions Review standard SAP functionalities which can be incorporated for efficient use of current SAP implementation.
- Support and guide users in creating test cases, training documents, process documents.
- Expert level knowledge in tools like LSMW and Query reports.
- Analyze and understand root cause of the SAP PP issues.
- Ensure all SAP PP functional documentation are in place.
- Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutions based approach
- Proposing solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes.
- Deeper understanding of designing Interface integrations with SAP MM modules
- Should have PP business process knowledge.
- Manage ongoing issues and escalations by the business users to ensure smooth delivery of support project and business continuity.
- Provide analysis and critical inputs to the HOD to help identify opportunities for changes/upgrades in the existing applications/ERP and for new ones after conducting appropriate due diligence to ensure relevance with the market best practices and organizational needs.
- Understand, in depth, all types of SAP master data and various integration points between SAP modules
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends and Collaborate with the business stakeholders involved from different departments to ensure timely completion of project phases
 
Desired Candidate Profile
	- Required - Graduate in BSc. Computer/ BCA/ BE/ MBA Preferred- BE / MBA
- Experience - 8-10 years experience in SAP systems implementation, support and upgrade work
- Knowledge of SAP implementation, upgrade and support work Knowledge of SAP ASAP methodology Knowledge of SOLMAN
