  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Co-ordination with Internal Stakeholders.

Education and Training Requirements

  • A College/bachelor s degree is required for this role.

  • He/She Must have a passion for sales and technology. His drive must come from the willingness to help the company s growth.
  • He/She must have exceptional communication skills.
  • He/She must know how to build relationships as well know how to maintain them.
  • He/She must be disciplined in working with people as well as be culturally sensitive in dealing with them.
  • He/She must be tough-skinned and not take things on a personal level.
