QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- We are seeking experienced product manager We are seeking a passionate Product management professional for the role of Product Manager. In this role, you will be part of the team that owns the technology platform which powers payments and solution around
payments.
- BTech./BE/MTech in Computer Science or equivalent and/or MBA from top business school
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management and technology experience.
- Previous Product Management experience in the Payment/Fintech company.
- Strong desire to understand payments domain and payments industry. Prior experience working for a Payments/FinTech company enabling Card or Bank or Alternate Payments is a Plus and will be considered strongly.
- Good understanding of platform service models, including Platform as a Service (PaaS)
- Relevant experience in core product management, including customer analysis, market segmentation, KPI management, operational management and roadmap development.
- Relevant experience with Web Services and Service Oriented Architectures (REST APIs)
- Ability to lead, drive consensus and deliver in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to translate product needs to technology stakeholders and understand technology.
- Relevant Coursework or Experience with service-oriented architecture and Agile development methodologies
- Experience leading and effectively managing a complex platform that is highly reliable and scalable.
- Experience working with globalized products is required.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Metrics driven, can draw insights from large data sets to tune the Platform Capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated team.
- Stays on top of what is happening in the industry amp; molds the product to make it future proof.
- drive the end-to-end product strategy and growth for one or more top verticals at Easebuzz.
- drive the user experience on Android, iOS, and WEB for these verticals. Understand the needs (both spoken amp; tacit) and identify current gaps in the system.
- Ship products with Engineering and Design based on the Agile framework.
- If needed, interface with external partners/aggregators/government bodies/financial institutions to get clarity on the path forward amp; deliver within aggressive deadlines.
- Evaluate the impact of your changes by analyzing data amp; sharing insights with the broader team
- You should be a power user of your product amp; know it better than anyone else in the company.
- Help the Business team define clear amp; differentiated value propositions that they can offer to customers/merchants/aggregators etc in the market.
- Gather detailed functional requirements and create Business requirement (PRDs) and other documents to support rapid development and effectively manage trade-offs between costs /schedules versus customer benefits.
- Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.
