Roles and Responsibilities

Job Description

1. Minimum of 12 year of experience in IT services.

2. Atleast 7 year of experience on development projects. (not maintenance).

3. At least 5 year of experience in project management. Preference will be given to candidates with experience on product / framework based development projects.

4. Should have evolved to the role of project manager with software development experience on Java J2EE / .Net Technology/Middleware Technologies/others

5. Preferable pass out from premier institute (IIT/REC etc)

6. Past demonstrable experience in software development using agile methodology

7. Demonstrable experience in managing development project of at least 7-10 member team.

8. Demonstrable experience of handling complex project/demanding customer/ or transforming of badly executed project.

Skills, Knowledge & Ability
1. Very strong fundamentals in project management fundamentals
2. Skilled in creating detail plans, schedule, estimation, loading and scheduling.
3. Skilled in MS Excel, MS Project
4. Knowledge on team dynamics and performance management and feedback.
5. Knowledge on customer behavior and management.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Excellent presentation skills.
8. Ability to drive team and technology without much of supervision.
