- Complete ownership of post-sales business delivery growth of multimillion-dollar client portfolio of top global brands
- Defining organization constructs for a rapid scale.
- Deliver performance and efficiency in the rapidly growing Business Operations team
- Support, develop and execute the firm's strategies for the maximum efficiency by analyzing data and existing processes, recognizing trends and proactively create strategic recommendations
- Closely work with executive leadership and clients to deliver results
- Managing business performance to achieve ultimate client delight
- Managing and growing a 90-member Business Operations team
Qualifications:If you are:
- Having 3-5+ years of Business Operations Management experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a start-up in the Technology / Marketing industry
- 2-3+ years of people management experience
- Having a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II (a plus)Highly Organized and Detail Junkie
