- Leading the administration and supporting large IT Transformation program
- Setting up program governance, processes, templates, and other necessary infrastructure for managing the smooth orchestration of multiple projects
- Supporting project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables.
- Overseeing the development of the project portfolio and ensuring compliance with PMO policies
- Supporting the development of new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company Standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately supporting and controlling the documentation project s creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project s scope, budget, and justification.
- Coordinating proactively with all the stakeholders, especially the project managers Controlling project parameters Deliverables, Budget, Resources, and other KPIs
- Responsible for reporting the status and performance of the program (portfolio of projects)
- Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- A Bachelor s degree in any field Preferred areas (but not a show-stopper for right passionate candidate) Engineering, IT, Business, Administration, or a related field.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred unless compensated by relevant experience.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to manage interactions with senior leaders across multiple cultures
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and technicalities
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
- 2+ years of experience working in PMO as a contributor or leader
