Requisite Skills and Requirements
- Test in a variety of platforms: Web Mobile/Tablet (Android/iPhone)
- Certification in testing basic knowledge of programming languages.
- Good knowledge of SDLC, Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and different testing methodologies
- Good knowledge on Test Case preparation, review execution, Defects review, and management, etc.
- Well versed with Usability, GUI, Functional, System, Regression, and Smoke/Sanity testing
- Good knowledge of QA Processes and excellent analytical abilities.
- Proficient in Building Executing Test Plans Test Cases.
- Documentation of Bugs.
- Ensure compliance with established testing procedures and methodologies.
- Testing applications to ensure they conform to the requirements.
- Excellent oral and written communication and Comprehension skills.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members.
- Experience in any of the following - Functional / Automation / Performance / API Testing / Mobile / Security Testing / Source code management
SKILLS
- Experience in creating test solutions.
- Use of defect tracking tools similar to JIRA.
- Must have experience with test repositories like Testlink etc.
- Understanding of executing test automation and interpreting results.
- Proficient in Window and Linux based OS, browser, server technologies.
- Proficient in all forms of functional testing across all browsers and devices.
- Proficient in non-functional testing like security, performance, PCI compliance.
- Proficient in SQL.
