JD: 1 would like to rephrase the below points.

• Call and Ticket audits : Target 2 calls and 3 ticket audits per agent per week
• Conduct monthly Process knowledge test
• Identifying Fatal and providing Feedback to the associate
• Performing long and short call analysis
• Publishing monthly quality scores
• Shift Timing between 12 pm to 9 pm or 1 pm to 10 pm or 2 pm to 11 pm or 3 pm to 12 pm  and Weekend Off
• Work from Office mode

Note: Candidates having technical skills is an added advantage. No bar on Experience.
