Roles and Responsibilities

 

  • Strong attention to details with the ability to multi-task and work within a fast-paced environment.

  • Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, ability to respond effectively to all inquiries, ability to present information.
  • Team-oriented operating style with effective interpersonal skills that allow successful business interactions with individuals of a variety of work styles, personalities, and career levels.
  • Conduct Quality Audit, Check, Inspection & Train the Quality Team.
  • Conduct Process Improvement Initiatives.
  • Conduct regular Quality Performance Reviews
  • Quality Assurance Experience in Banking Operation / Payment Operation / Customer Support of BPO Sector.

 

Desired Candidate Profile

 

  • Any Graduate
  • Minimum 1 Year as a Quality Assistant / Controller working in Quality Assurance for BPO / Customer Support / KPO
