1) Registrations:
- Plan, organize, maintain, and manage the processes and operations of registration services.
- Identification of new avenues to generate registration, planning & implementation of the same.
- Planning & implementation of new and innovative initiatives to generate leads and drive registrations.
- Generate Leads through online and offline campaigns from the assigned geography /areas
- Maintain full and accurate records and reporting on CRM system
- Ensure target for registrations are met
- Implement quality management and improvement systems of Lead Generation Process.
- Conducting on-ground BTL activities for mass user registration/lead generation
- Identify manpower agencies, agreement signing, selection & recruitment of temporary manpower & retaining them till the completion of activity.
- Training the manpower according to the activity requirement. Reporting of each activity
- Communication & Publicity:
- Planning various mediums of ATL/BTL for promoting the project in order to ensure maximum reach.
- Assuring the timely delivery of the marketing activities such as hoardings, inserts, POP material, other collaterals, designs for web banner etc.
- Getting the marketing collaterals ready in association with the design agency.
- Coordination with client and internal team and other external agencies to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities such as getting quotes from vendors, finalizing the vendor, placing of order & timely & quality delivery of the material
- Coordination with printing & installation agency
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have MBA degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience
Proficient in English Hindi Marathi
