Source for prospect/ potential clients from different sources and handover to the sales team
- Reach out to clients and generate leads. Do market visits if required.
- Fix-up appointment with the client as per his/ her availability.
- Meeting up with clients and giving presentations/ details of software product service.
- Ensuring final negotiations timely closures of sales deals.
- Provide any after-sales support required by the client.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
- Perform cost-benefit and need-analysis of existing/ potential customers to meet their needs.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Analyze the markets potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Contribute to improving the product and service through continuous customer feedback.
- Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
- Keep up-to-date on best practices and promotional trends.
- Preparing periodic sales forecast and performance to the management.
- Manage the sales team and ensure the assigned target is achieved through the team
- Train, mentor and guide the Business Development Executives.
Required Experience and Qualifications
A strong sales experience of 5 to 10 years is a must.
- Candidate must have handled a team of Sales Executives for the sale of software products.
- Should have very good communication skills and presentation skills.
- Should have a pleasing personality.
- Familiarity with BRM, BPM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Highly motivated and the target is driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audiences needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
