We are looking for Sales Managers ( 04 Nos) for Pune location, who shall be proficient in planning, execution, sales, marketing and business d evelopment . The incumbents should have worked in a fast paced environment, preferably with real estate channel partners or have managed channel partners for real estate organizations. The ideal candidates would be motivated, well-organized individuals who have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:-
Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
Mentor employees to help them achieve individual team objective
Develop a healthy investor data base and ensure optimum sales at active projects and ensure revenues targets are met.
Maintain expand organization s database of clients by increasing width and depth of the distribution channel.
Update on product price and leverage contacts for targeted inventory movement during new project pre-launches launches.
Develop drive sales team to ensure each segment project meets the sales target s.
Meet targeted number of additions to the database every month/quarter
Liaison and work closely with the site heads for various promotional offers.
He/ She should plan calendar for the year panning out important festive occasions events around the same.
Ensure constantly improving customer experience.
Requirements:-
The Sales Manager should be able to devise strategic business plans for the achievement of organizational objectives.
He/ She should be apt in digital platforms pertaining to sales of Real Estate business.
He/ She should also have substantial experience in handling the complete cycle of property sales remotely with the help of virtual visits, due diligence etc.
He/ She should be capable of planning e xecution, sales, marketing and business development .
He/ She should have relevant experience in the real estate channel partner domain and have worked with top real estate organizations.
He/ She should have experience of launching new projects with sales and marketing strategies, streamline workflow and to create a teamwork environment.
Experience in handling operations for achieving top-line and bottom-line profitability.
Qualifications
MBA in Marketing or in the relevant field
Knowledge of real estate market aligned with topography
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation presentation skills
Demonstrated expertise in training and coaching team members
Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
