Who you are

• At least two years of software development experience with Salesforce.com.
• Hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Trigger SOSL, and SOQL.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong base in CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills.
• Good understanding of common design patterns and principles.
• Passion for product quality and attention to detail.
• Experience with Force.com components including security, Sales cloud, service cloud, Lightning component, LWC, and workflow will add advantage.
• Experience working with APIs (REST, JSON).Development experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AJAX.
• Strong experience in database design and custom objects, performance tuning, and stored procedures.

Responsibilities

• We are seeking a passionate and highly driven Salesforce Engineer to join our Business Operations to lay a rock-solid foundation and continual building of scalable long-term processes and systems to support Sales explosive growth.

You will be responsible for

• You need to work daily on assigned activity, in terms of development, solution design of our SFDC system and be responsible to derive it end to end.
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication.
• You also need to connect with the vendor team to understand and identify the gaps and design a recommended solution.
• Collaborate with functional teams within Sales Operations, IT, Enterprise Service, and other groups across MindTickle to implement optimized solutions using Salesforce.com and related integration platforms (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange tools) for the issue reported. or work with vendors if needed.
• Quickly learn new technologies and apply them to tackle business problems.
• Some of the new technologies including but not limited to Einstein Analytics, CPQ, Salesforce Inbox, Lightning Component, LWC development.
• Work individually or with the team developing, testing, deploying, and supporting intranet and extranet applications for both Force.com platform, Sales, and Service clouds.
• Might work on bulk data loads, knowledge of integration with other tools will add advantage.
• Implement ETL for data transfers between Salesforce and other systems using tools like, Workbench, Data Loader, etc.

Qualifications :

• Graduate / Post Graduate with a degree in Computer Science / IT.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Development or Administration.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
