Job Description :
Qualifications and Experience:
- Engage/ lead teams to execute projects and be the key interface to end users
- Analyse and identify gaps in functional/business requirements and should be able to effectively communicate this to both Business and Functional analysts
- Architecting requirements, analysis & providing marketing insight in other phases across existing and identified marketing programs ensuring delivery on planned value
- Playing a key liaison role during technology implementation, providing direction and requirements clarity and testing new and enhanced capabilities, prior to release into production
- Analyze, estimate and recommend solutions with in-depth understanding of customer landscapes
- Should be able to assess the impact on technical designs caused by changes in functional requirements
- Develop end-to-end marketing automation solution leveraging contact builder, email studio, automation studio, journey builder etc.
- Build/configure integration between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM/other application using MC Connector/Middleware/SOAP/REST based solution
- Trains/mentors other practitioners on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and help build marketing capabilities, thought leadership and assets
- Maintains alignment with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development best practices
Required:
- Understand functional requirements and should be able to develop technical design using standard patterns and be able to communicate the same effectively to the team members.
- Minimum of 3 + years of experience on Marketing Cloud/Eloqua or similar marketing platform
- Should have very good technical problem solving skills.
- Ability to analyse and identify gaps in functional/business requirement and should be able to effectively communicate with both Business and Functional analysts on the same.
- Ability to assess the impacts on technical design because of the changes in functional requirements.
- Ability to perform independent quality reviews on the project.
- Must have deep understanding of different kind of marketing programs in a multi- channel campaign and marketing world
- Strong experience in analyzing and designing Data Model, Data Flows and Integration Points, and Multi-Channel Journeys
- Sound knowledge on topics like Env Strategy, Integration Approach, Custom Preference Center , IP Warming, MC Best Practices
- Experience working on solution and developing cross-cloud Journeys and custom reports using data views
- Any experience on custom development (eg. Custom Activities, Heroku etc ) is a plus
Preferred:
- Good knowledge on Front End skills such as HTML/CSS
- Good knowledge on SQL,SSJS, Ampscript, Execution of A/B Testing.
- Experience/ knowledge on tools such as Litmus/Email on Acid
- Experience on similar marketing platforms such as Pardot or Adobe Marketing Cloud
would be plus
- Good understanding on the marketing concepts and overall flow in marketing automation space
- Certified Salesforce Email Specialist or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant
- e Experience on Social Studio and Mobile studio would be a plus.e
