Roles and Responsibilities

  • 10 + years of experience in SAP Basis area with updated knowledge on SAP BI, Portal, SCM, PI, CRM, Solution Manager, BOBJ and ECC.
  • 2+ years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written, technical & interpersonal).
  • Unwavering passion for customer service

  • Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful conditions
  • Foundational network and server administration knowledge/skills
  • Strong aptitude for understanding and relaying technical concepts

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Provide guidance on the design, architecture and delivery of new and existing SAP and Business objects solutions
  • Implementations from new installs & configuration thru go-live & upgrades
  • Install and configure new SAP NetWeaver applications and configure and support integration with third party software and SAP systems
  • Develop procedures and guidelines related to modification, upgrading and application of patches for SAP related systems and components
  • Setup and maintain consistent SAP backup and Disaster Recovery procedures for SAP and BOBJ servers
  • Support day-to-day tickets created by helpdesk relating to SAP Servers and SAP Software
  • Develop and maintain project schedule including task management initiatives
  • Perform DBA and high availability configuration, system performance and optimization techniques
  • Provide team leadership skill, transfer knowledge, and provide guidance for SAP operations, configuration, monitoring and tuning to peers and Jr. Basis Team members
  • Provide on-call support
  • Interact with clients on reviews of projects and task assignments
