Responsibility:-

1 Ability to troubleshoot problems in existing implementations, recommending and implementing solutions Review standard SAP functionalities which can be incorporated for efficient use of current SAP implementation.

2 Support and guide users in creating test cases, training documents, and process documents.

3 Expert-level knowledge in tools like LSMW and Query reports.

4 Analyze and understand the root cause of the SAP HR issues

5 Ensure all SAP MM functional documentation is in place

6 Support the functional team with issues and provide a solutions-based approach

7 Proposing solutions to improve the support of (new) business processes

8 Deeper understanding of designing Interface integrations with SAP HR modules

9 Should have HR business process knowledge

10 Manage ongoing issues and escalations by the business users to ensure smooth delivery of support projects and business continuity.
