Job Description:
 
SAP Team lead with enterprise experience. The knowledge, skills and behaviors needed to guide, motivate and direct a team to achieve business goals.
	- Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an Agile framework
 
	- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
 
	- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
 
	- time-management skills
 
	- Great interpersonal and communication skills
 
	- Experience with SDLC Methodologies like ASAP
 
	- Support functional consultants in designing solutions for the gaps identified
 
 
SAP Functional/Technical Skills:
	- Knowledge of integration points between various business processes or SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, WM, EWM, QM, PM, FICO).
 
	- Good Knowledge and experience in SAP PP module.
 
	- Should be good knowledge workflow, auto mail trigger & customizing report & entry program
 
	- Experience in ABAP development is preferable.
 
 
Leadership/team management Skills:
	- Dealing with people. Being optimistic, positive, and collaborative.
 
	- Being respectful, loyal and ethical.
 
	- Planning, assigning, supervising and delivering objects.

Qualification and experience:
	- 5-10 years of enterprise experience.
 
	- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar preferred.
 
	- Certifications in SAP or PMP or PRINCE2® is a big plus.
