Roles and Responsibilities

• Experience of 7+ yrs. in Business / Systems Analysis
• Experience in Insurance domain is required.
• A Bachelors or a Masters degree in IT / Science / Computer Science or relevant field
• Strong communication (written & verbal), organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, multi-tasking, and follow through skills.
• Strong consulting skills to be able to distil complex business requirements and communicate to differing audiences
• Quality Focus
• Proven skills and knowledge in generating process documentation
• Ability to take and understand commitment to deliver the product on time.
