JOB DETAIL

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Commerce Cloud Senior Developer (B2B/B2C) for the India region. As a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Senior Developer (B2B/B2C) the person will be a hands-on, trusted advisor to the customer, using strong interpersonal skills, functional and technical knowledge, and eCommerce product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client business requirements, and work closely with the client s lead and our PM to provide long-term functional solutions based on the applicable Salesforce platform best practices
  • Communicate platform capabilities and limitations to clients effectively
  • Identify client process pain points and gaps in best practices
  • Drive client s functional requirements and eCommerce best practice adoption
  • Author review functional specification documentation for implementations
  • Implements Digital Consumer experiences based on a foundation of SFCC (Salesforce commerce cloud) to meet expected quality standards
  • Participates in Agile sprints and design, develop, test, and implement changes as defined by business requirements
  • Implement e-commerce solutions on the Salesforce Commerce cloud platform
  • Responsible for the Design, Development, and Delivery of SFCC solutions
  • Provide technical platform expertise and perform architecture design, reviews, analysis
  • Resolve technical problems related to SFCC applications and related integration for the entire eCommerce ecosystem
  • Ability to train new developers on the SFCC platform and manage a team will be a progression of this role

Skills Requirements

  • 8+ years of software development experience and application architecture
  • 5+ years of experience leading large-scale implementations on the Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2b/B2C platform
  • Experience with implementing payment processing features
  • Enterprise Resource Planning System Integration
  • Experience with Integration of consumer-facing supplemental eCommerce service providers
  • Experience working in a professional services firm or working in a client service environment
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems Integration
  • Certified on Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2B/B2C preferred
