We are looking for a skilled Senior HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support employee engagement activities, general business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote company values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, performance management, training development, employment cycle changes, talent management, etc. You will report to the Global Head of Human Resources in Melbourne, Australia.
Job Responsibilities:
	- Team Management - Manage, lead and develop the team of HR professionals in India - while also being involved with daily HR duties.
- Business Partnering - Advise, consult, partner and coach line managers or the HR team in escalated incidents.
- Performance Management - Coach and advise people managers on best practice performance management techniques, ensuring the timely resolution of issues. Provide support to the business as required to improve company, team and individual performance whilst aligning with the business objectives.
- Employee Relations - Provide advice for the purpose of resolving complex workplace/employee relations issues.
- Organizational Development - Work with and support the HR team to create and deliver people related initiatives and interventions that support and enhance workplace culture
- HR Documentation - Ensure that HR policies, procedures and programs are maintained in line with HR best practice and relevant legislation.
- HR Projects - Design and deliver a range of HR projects as determined by the global HR program of wor k
- Remuneration - work closely with the head of Rem and Bens to ensure a market salary framework is always promoted in the business
Required skills
	- Must have fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience of 8 years minimum in the HR function
- 5 years of leadership experience
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge and experience of HR systems and databases
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Fluent in the use of Microsoft Office applications including, but not limited to, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
