Senior PHP Developers (04) Experience : 4 to 8 years Vacancies : 04 The candidate shall be responsible for driving the entire development efforts for a network of community sites. Needs to communicate with the product owner (US based client) directly and gather all the requirements.

Job Responsibilities Define and recommend the solution/platform/approach for meeting the product owner's expectations. Define the roadmap , step by step breakdown for implementation of the finalized solution. Provide estimations for implementation of the solution. Work on development of the solution as defined based upon product owners requirements. Work closely with the development team and guide and lead them from the front towards successful and timely completion of the project. Follow Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management. Desired Characteristics 4- 8 years of web development experience. Highly Proficient with PHP , MySQL , JQuery , JavaScript. Strong Understanding of OOPs and MVC concepts. Knowledge of XSLT will be preferred. Experience with Agile process. Experience with GIT/SVN management and maintenance of code base and deployment using the same. Knowledge of Zend , Wordpress , CodeIgnitor , YII and similar other PHP frameworks and CMS. Knowledge of Cloud server management and good understanding of Linux development environment. Other Important Requisites The candidate should have excellent communication skills as (s)he would be required to communicate with our US based clients. (S)he should be good with team management & team handling skills. Excellent team player. Confident with good time management skills. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
