Solid experience in the administration and development of Salesforce or solid Java, C # or .Net experience and good knowledge of object-oriented design.

2. Practical experience of customization (Apex triggers, classes and visual strength), configuration (formulas, workflows, approval processes, custom objects and fields, sharing rules, layouts, record types, Permissions, Reports, and Dashboards) and Experience with the Salesforce.com API

3. In-depth understanding of Salesforce development models, Salesforce APIs, data models and platform boundaries, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Unit Testing, Web Services (REST / SOAP), Salesforce Packaging, and JavaScript Remoting

4. Basic Experience with Oracle, MS SQL or MySQL Databases

5. Experience with SVN, Git or equivalent source control system

6. Experience working with functional / technical and business oriented people within a company

7. Experience of customer-facing environments

8. Prior experience in administering and configuring Salesforce (as a sales engineer, consultant, or similar)

9. Demonstrated commitment to producing high quality work with special attention to detail

10. Strong personal motivation and time management with the ability to work effectively with all parts of the company

11. Identify the customer s needs and specifications; understand their work practices and the nature of their activities to define the scope of the project and their requirements

12. Design and implementation of expanding functionalities, optimization and improvement of existing solutions

13. Cooperation with validators, integrators and project managers

14. Present projects effectively, write project reports and organize simple meetings with clients.

15. Previous experience in the administration and configuration of products (eg as a commercial engineer, consultant or similar)

16. Understand the functional and technical architecture of Salesforce and its products (such as integration models and solution architecture).
