What You Need :
- Provide technical leadership by enforcing the vision of the application architecture and safeguard the integrity of the application environment, in alliance with architects and other tech leads
- Estimate the tasks and resources required to design, build, and test the code.
- Manage and implement/support major system enhancements by establishing appropriate
- Change management procedures (internal and external), identifying scope changes, and coordinating multi service strategies and issues.
- Assist developers in getting the necessary applications access.
Scope the projects from a system's perspective, develop high-level implementation plans, lead systems requirements meetings, identify issues, complete gap analysis and scoping, and act as a liaison to subject matter experts as needed.
- Create High-Level Design (HLD)/Integrated System Design that defines the system technically and submit it for review.
- Review Low-Level Design (LLD)/detailed technical design to ensure adherence to HLD before the start of code development.
- Function as subject matter expert and advocate for the software applications supported, requiring depth and breadth in their knowledge of the business processes, technologies, applications, integration and interfaces.
- Oversee technical deliverables for invest and maintenance projects through the software development life cycle, including validating the completeness of estimates, quality and accuracy of technical designs, build and implementation.
- Proactively address technical issues and risks that could impact project schedule and/or budget.
