We are currently looking for an energetic self-driven Senior System Engineer with prior experience in providing quick solutions to users. The role requires one to provide IT support to users based out SFO office.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of proven experience in IT support.
- Asset Management - Supporting first-level engineers to record and maintain assets.
- Create process and workflow as and when required to make operations more efficient.
- Must be well acquainted with JAMF and Sophos and should be able to design and implement automation using these tools.
- Be the single point of contact for IT for the US office.
- Should have experience in office movements.
- Create and design a process for smooth onboarding and offboarding of users.
- Good to have Network troubleshooting and monitoring tools and knowledge.
- Hands-on experience - Remote Support.
- Must have previous experience handling and troubleshooting Intune, Onelogin, O365, Gsuite Apps, Networking, Firewall, and SSO.
- Should be able to mentor and guide L1 engineers as and when required.
- Should be able to work 10 pm -7 am IST.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (Both written and Verbal).
- Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting Apple, and Windows devices.
- Desktop Support with impactful problem-solving techniques.
- Handle urgent requests and escalation.
- Bachelors degree - BE / BTech / MCA.
- ITIL certification - Foundation Level (Preferred).
