Tech Prescient is looking for an experienced and proven Senior Technical Lead (MEAN/MERN Stack) who has primarily worked with technology customers to deliver awesome product releases. He/She should have experience of leading from the front, handling customer situations, internal teams, anchor project communications in the meetings and finally deliver outstanding work experience to the customer. In specific, below are some of the must have skills and experiences to fulfill the job requirements -
- Delivery - Responsible for working with the customer and the technical team to deliver one or more projects simultaneously
- Project kick offs - Project proposals, planning, scoping and getting a sign off from the customer. Liaising with Resource Management and Hiring teams, etc.
- Meetings - Anchoring daily standup calls with the customer and the delivery team. Scheduling and governing the internal status calls. Identify issues, risks and help the team overcome them. Reach out internally for any more technical help.
- Communications - Very clearly and explicitly own communication with all the stakeholders on the project status, risks if any and mitigation. This includes both internal and external stakeholder communication
- Mentoring - Guide and mentor junior members of the team, do code reviews
- Quality - Tech Prescient is all about delivering world class product development services to our customers. To do so, we need to enforce quality gates at all levels through review processes
- Product Release and Validation - Work with the QA teams to ensure thorough testing and customer releases
- Technical understanding - Must have a technical background to understand the project technicalities and add value to the entire process
- Project In-charge - Clearly elevate to the position wherein the customer and the team members have high confidence in your abilities to steer projects to successful completion (deployment into production)
