The incubment should have expertise in ITSM process for
Hands on experience on Incident, Problem, Change, Request Fulfilment, Service Portal, Service Catalog, Chat Bot, Virtual Agent, Orchestration, Integration and in designing and developing all modules in align to ITIL Standard process
Should have knowledge of CMDB will be added advantage
Perform regular support, maintenance and administration of solutions, systems and technology within their area of and level of expertise.
Operational execution of activities within their area and level of expertise.
Analysis, design, develop, build, configure, test and deploy changes to optimize existing solutions and ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation to agreed time, cost and quality within their area and level of expertise.
Project management of activities, deliveries or smaller, less complex projects, depending on experience.
Candidate Profile :
Person should be Service Now Certified System Administrator
Important characteristic is a clear understanding of both systems/technology and business.
Understanding of how a global manufacturing company operates, is an advantage, as well as communication skills on all levels.

Scripting language:-JavaScript, jQuery

You must have at least 4-5 years of post qualification experience in development in IT-industry
Must possess an exceptional level of intellectual, professional, and interpersonal agility and flexibility.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Should have excellent communication skills and to be a go to guy.
Should be comfortable to say No when needed and to put away the point in structured way
Flexible to travel to Sweden as and when required.
