Roles and Responsibilities
Job Description
- 4 + years experience in SFDC
• Hold Certified Advance Admin, Sales Cloud or Service Cloud consultant.
• Expertise in Salesforce Out of box Configurations like Data
Model, Security Model and Process Automations
• Must have Experience in Salesforce Classic & Lightning
• Good understanding of Lightning framework and implementation challenges.
• Must have experience in Implementing Sales / Service Cloud
• Good understanding of CPQ processes.
• Design & Implement Salesforce processes
• Build complex Process Builders and Flows
• Proven ability to design & implement new processes and facilitate
user adoption.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developers to scope and test solutions
• Good communication Skills Required
• Ability to utilize available resources effectively
• Good attitude with team and work
• Experience of agile way of working and being a scrum team member
in past projects is essential.
• Support in SIT & UAT
