Required Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in helpdesk administration handling incident (Priority 1/2 tickets) service request and change request process
  • Knowledge of basic architecture of SharePoint
  • Knowledge of application support and maintenance tools like Remedy, Zendesk, ServiceNow
