• Ingestion of Alerts in IBM Resilience
• Automation of SOC Runbooks
• ITSM ticket mirroring/creation in SNOW
• Automation of redundant & repetitive tasks
• Dashboard creation & Reporting
• MTTR, MTTD reduction
