We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Managers to help us expand our business development team. You will be leading sales strategy and execution to expand customer base also increase relationships with existing customers.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Meet agreed business and sales targets
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Recruit and Develop entry level staff into valuable sales people and increase client base for company.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
- Writing business proposals, Negotiating with stakeholders.
- Following industry trends locally and internationally
- Drafting and reviewing contracts
- Attend industry events and represent company.
Requirements and skills
- MBA (Marketing or related field with 2-3 years of experience
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role.
- High-level communication and negotiation skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
- Conflict resolution skills
- The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
- Experience working to and exceeding targets
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Software industry knowledge is preferred.
