My needs are for a person with 8-10 years of core development experience and 3 to 4 years of Software design, software governance experience.

We need someone who is a core technologist with 10 to 12 years of software development skills. Primary skillset should include Microservices based architecture, understanding of Design Patterns, Python, Flask/Django, AWS, ECS and possibly exposure to Java.
