Bachelors degree in Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
Experience collaborating with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Product Managers throughout the design process.
A portfolio highlighting multiple projects that demonstrate experiences crafting usable digital interfaces.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience defining overall UX for technical experiences, components library, and systems for reuse across multiple products in a suite.
Ability to communicate concepts across different audiences and varying levels of the organization to influence product design strategy.
Outstanding conceptual and interaction design skills with a track record of designing and shipping successful platform experiences for enterprise users.
Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to the strategy and direction for the design system and the design excellence at-scale.
Drive alignment with cross-discipline partners (e.g., Engineering, Program Managers, and Research) and stakeholders to help shape the definitions and strategies of the design system.
Identify opportunities for new design system operations, features, and tooling to help the System team have greater impact.
Lead the team in delivering user experience specifics and guidelines for SaaS Design System standards.
Identify and establish partnerships with key design partners (e.g., the UX designers, Engineers, Researchers, and Program Managers on Product teams) to define and deliver the experiences for customers.
